its a nice shot, but two problems:
1)the eyes are so unsharp and washed out it really ruins a potentially great shot
2)the skin seems almost too smooth

Beautiful closeup on the eyes. You should try just a little wider depth of field though, because that would let the right eye be just a little more sharp.

Its a small thing though, in a very wonderful image.
